Customer Service 

Our Shipping Policy—All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Mail unless otherwise specified.   If other modes of shipment are requested by the purchaser, the shipping and insurance costs shall be adjusted accordingly.  Customers within the United States shall pay all domestic rates as established by the U.S. Postal Service.  Up to 5 '5x5' or 3 '8x8' prints shall be included in one shipping charge; however, shipping and insurance costs will vary for International shipments and the relevant charge(s) shall apply for the total shipment, irrespective of the amount of prints purchased, and the shipping and insurance costs shall be adjusted according to your locality and international zone. 

Sales Tax—All orders shipped within Washington are charged an additional 8.50% sales tax.  Sales tax shall not be applicable to shipments outside of the state of Washington. 

Out of Stock Items—At annajulia.com we strive to keep a full inventory of each item we offer.  However, on rare occasions, we may be out of stock of a particular item.  In that event, an estimated date of availability will be provided to the purchaser via email. 

Risk of Loss—All items purchased from annajulia.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract.  This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to the purchaser upon delivery to the common carrier.  It is the responsibility of the purchaser to acquire shipment insurance to insure any loss and/or damage to the shipment.  In the event of a loss and/or damage, it shall be the purchaser's responsibility to file any relevant insurance claims.
